If you choose to submit a photo, please read the following policies. Please note that the Freshman Register photo is NOT the Harvard ID photo.
The image size must be at least 640 x 800 pixels, or 250 KB. Ideally, the background would be white. The photo must be a head shot, from the shoulders up, and the face should not be obscured by a hat, sunglasses, etc. Do not worry about cropping the photo. Please do not send scans of photos unless the source image is large and the DPI is set high.
Parent Ad Policies
You have selected to submit a parent ad. Please read the following carefully to ensure that your ad is included in the yearbook without delay.
Ads must ARRIVE by July 1st. Please send a copy of your receipt in addition to your materials to email@example.com with the subject "FR AD for STUDENT NAME." At this time, we can only accept ads by email.
On a plain sheet of paper, clearly write your message and a rough sketch of your layout. Our design team will replicate your sketch. Scan and send the sketch in by email. If no sketch is submitted, the staff will create a layout using the text and photos provided. Only original pictures (no photo copies or ink jet images) can be accepted. There is no need to cut your photographs; if you indicate which portion of the photograph you would like to include, our staff can crop the photograph to that specification. Also, please ensure that your digital photos are of high quality. A good guideline to follow is that files must be at least 300 DPI or 1 MB.

Proofing, Late, and Cancellation Policies

I understand that materials received after the deadline will be included only on a case-by-case basis, and may be rejected according to space limitations. Furthermore, I will be subjected to a late fee.
